However, recently, flavors like matcha, brown sugar syrup, and mango—slightly more luxurious tastes—have become popular. Modern shops place importance not only on the taste of kakigori but also on its appearance. Thanks to social media platforms like Instagram, kakigori that looks as good as it tastes can quickly become popular.
Kakigori is delicious, but if you eat it too slowly, the ice will end up melting.The trick is to eat it quickly.
